Monitoring and evaluating the service
We use evaluation forms and questionnaire to monitor our services. We also monitor our registers, which help us to see how many children are attending and how often they do so. We also informally test the children at the end of each term to assess how much progress they have made on the course. We keep detailed individual records on children's progress. Feedback from parents is very important to us as it helps us to improve our services.
We also monitor the number of parents who are going into training or jobs or getting involved in other activities within our community.
